Student Center
Dedicated in October of 2008, the new Student Center on Davenport’s W.A. Lettinga campus aims to provide space for social, recreational, and athletic activities. The LEED certified building is 87,000 square feet and includes meeting rooms, a dining area, fitness center, a running track and more. In addition to becoming the hub of student life and activity, the building also houses the Student Life department which plans and hosts social and recreational activities all around campus.
The 1,500-seat field house within the Student Center provides the first home court for the Davenport University Panthers men’s and women’s basketball and women’s volleyball teams. The seat capacity also provides the first opportunity for large gatherings for special student and community events.
