• Official GMAT or GRE scores
  1. If you have already earned a Master’s degree or other terminal degree (MD, PhD, DC, etc) from a US-accredited institution, you are waived from this requirement.
• Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts
  1. Official transcripts must be sent directly from your previous institution to Davenport. 
  2. Transcripts may be mailed to:

     Attn: Registrar
     415 East Fulton St.
     Grand Rapids, MI 49503
  3. Davenport will also accept faxed official transcript as long as the transcript is faxed with a cover sheet from the school’s Registrar.  These transcripts may be faxed to Davenport’s Registrar at 616-732-1150.
