This showcase, freshmen-only residence hall on our Grand Rapids campus offers you a private bedroom in a stunning space that feels like an on-campus apartment. Within South Hall is our South Dining Hall, serving delicious meals all day.

Enjoy the convenience of living on campus close to everything you need as a Davenport student. Cook Hall has separate floors for freshmen and upperclassmen, while Meijer Hall is upperclassmen only. Both sit between our Academic Center and Student Activity Center so your classes and recreation are right outside your door.

Live in the Panther Woods apartments, known as the Woods apartments, and you’ll be next door to Davenport’s athletics complex and so close to campus, sporting events and gym facilities that you’ll feel like you’re living in an on-campus apartment. Reserved for upperclassmen, the Woods apartments combine the flexibility of two to four bedrooms with the convenience of a full kitchen, washer and dryer in each unit.

Expand your college living experience with the independence of living just off campus at Davenport’s Panther Ridge apartments. Modern, three- or four-bedroom apartments for upperclassmen are within easy walking distance to campus.
