Step 1 | Request official high school or GED transcripts
An official transcript is one that is provided directly by a high school or GED facility. Official transcripts are confirmed as authentic. You may contact the institution directly and request an official transcript or utilize a resource such as Parchment.
Official transcripts can be emailed to: electronictranscripts@davenport.edu.
Step 2 | Submit SAT/ACT scores to DU*
SAT code - 1183, ACT code - 1981
*Davenport University will continue to waive the standardized test (ACT/SAT) requirement for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Step 3 | Complete and submit your FAFSA - Code: 002249
NOTE: Davenport’s nursing programs require an additional, competitive application.

Step 2 | Complete dual enrollment registration forms with a high school counselor

Step 3 | Complete the NursingCAS application (for Nursing programs only)
If you are applying for one of Davenport's nursing programs, please complete the additional NursingCAS application. Additional information is available on our Nursing Application website.
