All VA students will be required to submit either a Certificate of Eligibility-COE or the Benefits Statement from VA.gov
NOTE: eBenefits cannot be the only form used as proof of VA eligibility.
Students who transfer from another institution must submit a Request for Change of Program or Place of Training (VA Form 22-1995).
