Degree and Enrollment Verification
Degree and Enrollment Verifications can be obtained through www.degreeverify.org. Fax requests are no longer accepted.
The Registrar's Office will process any form requiring a University seal.
CAMPUS LOCATION WILL PROCESS VERIFICATIONS FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS THAT NEED:
- Proof of attendance
- Verify enrollment status for insurance or housing
- Public assistance forms
- Michigan Works! letter
- Unemployment documents
In order to receive your enrollment verification, please complete the Authorization to Release Educational Information form.
